Hey y’all, I’m Tatiana! Let me tell you a little about myself, and what 365daysofloss is all about. On September 23, 2016 my identical twin sister, Ariana Jhanel Williams was killed in a tragic car accident. Her driver, Justin Rodriquez was an off-duty police officer. Loss is hard and no matter what we do we feel the pain every single day, every year. The days in a year do not change, so you know that means for 365 days we’re suffering that loss. That’s how I came up with my blog name. Since her death I have been through ups, downs, highs and lows. I found it really hard talking about my sisters death to people. They either didn’t understand or didn’t know what to say, and or they would say the wrong things. I wanted a way to express myself and let people know how I was feeling. I also needed an outlet to maybe help other grieving young people like myself. I found that writing helped so much, in hopes that somebody who was going through the same thing would read and could relate. I pray that this blog will do just that. I also pray that it already has. A word of advice: Life is way too short to leave important words unsaid. If you love a person, tell them. If a person has hurt you, please don’t hold anger in, talk about it. Thank you for the support, and thank you for reading.
